切断阴部神经对小鼠后海穴抗原注射增强细胞免疫功能的影响

【摘要】 目的 本研究旨在探讨动物阴部神经对小鼠后海穴区抗原注射增强细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 应用LDH释放法测定小鼠脾 NK细胞的杀伤活性 ;3H-Td R掺入法检测小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增殖应答。结果 结果显示 ,小鼠阴部神经切断手术组动物淋巴细胞增殖应答和 NK细胞杀伤活性均比假手术组下降。神经切断手术组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论 外周阴部神经参与后海穴位免疫增强免疫功能的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of the Hou hai acupoint inoculation to promote the immune response after the pudendal nerve dominated Hou hai acupoint region was excised.Methods Cytotoxicity of natural killer cells and the spleen lymphocyte proliferative response were measured respectively by lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release assay and tritiated thymidine incorporation assay. Results The results indicated that both lymphocyte transformation and the NK cytotoxicity in the pudendal neuroctomy group were lower than that in the control group. Conclusions There were statistical differences between two groups, indicating the nervous system was involved in the mechanisms of Hou hai acupoint immunity.
