【摘要】 阐述先进的教育思想是网络课程开发的前提，并探讨怎样把先进的教育理论与网络课程制作的实践紧密结合，开发出符合现代远程教育资源建设技术规范的网络课程。

【Abstract】 This article expatiates advanced education idea is the Precondition of network course ex- Ploitation, explores how to combine advanced education theory and the practice of network course pro- duction, and develops network courses in accord with modern long-distance education resource con- struct technology.
