【摘要】 论述了铁水过滤净化的作用和意义 ,分析了几种常用的金属液过滤元件的特点和效果 ,介绍了新研制的低温烧结型莫来石质泡沫陶瓷的主要性能 ,并对泡沫陶瓷净化灰铁、球铁和合金铸铁进行了应用研究。结果表明 :泡沫陶瓷过滤工艺的净化效果最优 ,低温烧结型莫来石质泡沫陶瓷不仅性价比高 ,而且能显著改善水纯净度 ,大幅提高铸铁机械性能 ,值得大力推广应用更多还原

【Abstract】 The actions and preposes of filtering molten iron are discussed in this paper.The characteristics and effects of several kinds of general filters for molten metal are analyzed.The main properties of new low temperature burning ceramic foam filter made form mullite are introduced.The applications of the new ceramic foam filters for gray iron,ductile and alloy iron are researched.The rasults show that the purging effect of only a high rate between the properties and the price,but also obviously raise the pruity of molten iron,and remarkably improve the mechanical properties of iron casting.This kind of ceramic foam filter behaves to be intensified the spreading of applications in iron castings.更多还原
