【Abstract】 Ecotourism has been considered as an effective way in mountain sustainable develop-ment.The present study firstly examines the experience and implication of ecotourism develop-ment in Switzerland and Nepal,two typical mountain countries.It then discusses the landscape resources and their particular features for ecotourism in western Sichuan.Based on the success-ful experiences and local situation of ecotourism development in western Sichuan,the eco-tourism design models are put forward and consequently some management measures were pro-vided for the purpose of promoting the sustainable ecotourism development in the mountain re-gion.更多还原
