【摘要】 目的　应用登革热快速免疫色谱测试法 (DengueFeverRapidImmunochromatographicTest,DRIT)与间接免疫荧光法 (IndirectImmunofluorescentAssay ,IIF)检测登革病毒IgG抗体进行比较。 方法　DRIT按说明书操作 ,在Control线区出现紫红色线的前提下在IgG线区出现紫红色线表明IgG抗体阳性 ;IIF抗原片系应用本室分离的登革Ⅱ型病毒感染C6 / 36细胞制备 ,操作按常规进行。结果　检查临床疑似登革热病人血清 5 6份 ,IIF检测阳性 30份 ,阳性率 5 3.6 %。DRIT检查阳性2 6份 ,阳性率 46 .4% ,两法符合率 91.0 7% ,χ2 =1.5 0 ,P >0 .0 5。检测无症状人血清 6 8份 ,IIF检查阳性 37份 ,阳性率为 5 4.4%。DRIT检查阳性 2 3份 ,阳性率为 33.8% ,两法符合率 73.5 3% ,χ2 =9.39,P <0 .0 1。结论　检测病人血清两法无显著性差别 ,具有操作简单 ,时间较短 ,结果易观察等优点。IIF成本较低 ,检测病人或无症状人群IgG抗体均较敏感 ,仍不失为理想的常规方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To compare IgG antibody tests for diagnosis of dengus fever with Denger Fever IgM and IgG Rapid immunochromatographic Test(DRIT,Panbio,Australia) and Indirect Immunofluorescent Assay(IIF).Method DRIT was followed the kit’s direction,and the IgG positive result(only IgG was compared in the sutdy) was determined only appearing two amaranth lines,one is in control region,another is in IgG region.Antigen slide in IIF was prepared with dengus virus type 2 isolated in the laboratory and it was performed routinely.Results 56 sera were collected from the suspected patients with dengus fever.Among these specimens,IIF positive rate was 53.6%(30/56),and DRIT was 46.4%(26/56),there were no significant difference between the two tests.In comparison with IIF however,when testng 68 sera collected from the asymptom population,positive rate was 54%(37/68) for IIF,and 33.8%(23/68) for DRIT,there existed significant difference between the two methods(χ2=9.39,P<001).Conclusion There is no significant difference bwtween IIF and DRIT in test the IgG antibody of the patents.DRIT is a simpl,rapid,and easy method to the determination,but IIF is a ideal routine technique for use in both of the patients and the asymptom population since it’s rather economic,and more sensitive.更多还原
