【摘要】 目的　探讨中学生血压与血脂的关系 .方法　对 2 1名中学生进行了血压、身高、体重的测量及高血压家族史的调查 .对血清胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)和低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)作了测定 .结果　血压偏高组的中学生TC ,TG ,LDL均高于血压正常组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而HDL低于血压正常组 (P <0 0 5 ) .中学生血压与血脂相关分析中 ,TC和LDL与舒张压 (DBP)呈正相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ,TG与收缩压 (SBP)呈正相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ,HDL与SBP呈负相关 (P <0 0 5 ) .结论　中学生时期即存在高血压伴高脂血症 ,因此 ,预防高血压、冠心病应当从青少年时期开始更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the relationship between blood pressure and blood lipid of middle school students.Methods The blood pressure, body height and weight of 21 middle school students and their family history about hypertension were investigated.TC (total cholesterol), TG (triglyceride), HDL (high density lipoprotein) and LDL (low density lipoprotein) in serum were detected.Results TC,TG and LDL in the uncontrol group were higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05),but HDL of students was lower than those in the control group( P <0.05).According to correlation analysis in the blood pressure and the blood lipid of the middle school students,the values of TC and LDL are positively proportional to those of DBP (diastolic blood pressure) ,TG is positively proportional to SBP (systolic blood pressure) ,and HDL is negatively proportional to SBP.Conclusion The middle school students may suffer from hypertension with hyperlipemia .Thus the prevention of hypertension and coronary disease should begin from teenager.更多还原
