【摘要】 目的 :探讨胆囊腺癌的发生与细菌 L型感染和 p5 3蛋白表达的关系。方法 :应用革兰染色和免疫组化染色技术对 42例胆囊腺癌和 30例慢性胆囊炎进行细胞 L型及 p5 3蛋白检测 ,同时对细菌 L型阳性和阴性组织的 p5 3表达进行对比分析。结果 :腺癌组的细菌 L型检出率为 78.6 % ,慢性炎症组的 L型检出率为 76 .7% ,且两组的 L型抗原检出率亦无显著性差异 ,但腺癌组的 p5 3表达率高于慢性炎症组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,腺癌组织细菌 L型阳性组的 p5 3表达率也高于其 L型阴性组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,表明细菌 L型感染与胆囊腺癌、慢性胆囊炎及 p5 3过表达均有关。结论 :细菌 L型感染可能引起 p5 3基因突变 ,并可能通过导致基因突变而成为胆囊腺癌的发生因素之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relationship between bacterial L-form and p53 in adenocarcinoma of the gallbladder.Methods:42 cases with adenocinoma of the gallbladder (ACG) and 30 cases of chronic gallbladditis (CGS) associated with bacterial L-form were examined by Gram’s staining and immunohistochemistry.The expression of p53 in the cases with becterial L-form infection and without bacterial L-form infection were observed.Results:The positive rate of bacterial L-form infection in ACG group and in CGS group was 78.6% and 76.7% respectively.The expression of p53 was significantly higher in ACG group than that in CGS group (P<0.005).The expression of p53 was significantly higher in L-form infection positive group than that in negative group (P<0.05).The results indicated that L-form infection was correlated with ACG,CGS and overexpression of p53.Conclusion:p53 gene mutation may be related with L-form infection.Bacterial L-form infection may be one of the immportant factors leading to the ACG.更多还原
