ACE基因多态性及其血清水平与心肌梗死的关系
Study on relationship between polymorphism in gene and serum level of the angitensin converting enzyme and elderly patients with myocardial infarction
【摘要】 目的 探讨血管紧张素转换酶 (ACE)基因插入 /缺失 (I/ D)多态性及其血清水平与老年心肌梗死的关系。方法 应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)方法检测 60岁以上心肌梗死患者 35例及正常对照者 48例的 ACE基因。结果 老年心肌梗死组 ACE基因中缺失型 (DD型 )分布 (60 % )明显高于正常对照组 (2 9.1 7% ) (P<0 .0 5) ,缺失型 (D型 )等位基因频率 (74.2 9% )也明显高于对照组 (51 .0 5% ) (P<0 .0 5)。 DD型血清 ACE水平明显高于 II型 (P<0 .0 0 1 )。结论 ACE基因缺失型及高血清 ACE水平可能是老年人心肌梗死的一个重要危险因素
【Abstract】 ? Objective To study the relationship between the polymorphism in the gene insertion/deletion(I/D),the level in serum of angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE) and elderly patients with myocardial infarction(MI).Methods We determined ACE gene of 35 elderly patients with MI and 48 healthy subjects by the polymerized chain reaction(PCR).Results The frequencies of DD genotype(60%) and D allele(74 29%) were significantly higher in the MI group than those in the healthy subjects(29 17% and 51 05%, P <0 05).The ACE level in serum of DD genotype is apparently higher than that of type Ⅱ( P <0 001).Conclusions The DD genotype and the high level in serum of ACE may be an important risk factor of MI in elderly population. 〔
