【摘要】 目的　探讨恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子 (TSGF)对中老年恶性肿瘤早期诊断的临床价值。方法　选用新大陆生物公司的 TSGF测定试剂盒 ,对 1 60例人血清 TSGF含量进行检测。结果　健康人群、恶性肿瘤病人、非恶性肿瘤病人 (炎症除外 )的 TSGF含量及阳性率存在显著差异 (P<0 .0 1或 0 .0 5)。结论　 TSGF检测是中老年人恶性肿瘤早期诊断的一项简便而灵敏的方法 ,可列为健康体检的一项指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical significance of tumor specific growth factor(TSGF) in serum of middle and aged person with malignant tumor.Methods TSGF diagnostic reagent kit from Newland Life Technologies Co Ltd was used to determine TSGF in normal,tumor and non tumor patients.Results There was a marked difference between normal,non tumor and tumor patients( P <0 01 or 0 05).Conclusions This result suggested that determination of TSGF can aid to discover malignant tumor early in middle and aged person.更多还原
