离心冷水机组的喘振和热气旁通防喘振控制
SURGING OF CENTRIFUGAL WATER CHILLER AND PREVENTION CONTROL USING HOT GAS BY PASS
【摘要】 本文从离心压缩机的工作原理出发探讨了离心冷水机组喘振产生的机理 ,喘振现象 ,防喘振条件及如何进行防喘振控制等问题 ,并对热气旁通防喘振控制应用过程中可能出现的错误现象进行了阐述 ,供设备选型和产品维护使用人员参考
【Abstract】 Surging of centrifugal water chiller is discussed in the aspect of the cause,the phenomena and the prevention methods, It is based on the analysis of centrifugal compressor’s working principle. A wrong method probably taken when using HGBP as prevention control is described. Will give beneficial reference to equipment selecting and maintenance people.
