【Abstract】 After rational analysis, the author points out stock market is not only a tool of financing or ease state-owned enterprises financial pressure, but also a pillar industry of national economy; securities exchange is a focus that cannot be neglect on the reform of stock market; presenting the second board to the public is not as people mention that all is ready except what is crucial; it is far from enough for insurance fund to enter into stock market with indirect way; the difference between China’s security investment fund and western countries’ is not only on standard but also on scale mainly; social security fund should enter into stock market with indirect way; margin exchange is a breach to draw short mechanism into China’s stock market.更多还原
