【Abstract】 During the works discussed in the paper,we produced carbon nanotubes as field emission cathode with pyrolysis of FePc (iron(Ⅱ) phthalocyanine),and carried out an analysis on a structure of three electrodes pixel tubes.The device can provide a stable emitting current with very high brightness,and can be used in the large screen advertisement billboard.更多还原
