【摘要】 荫罩是彩色显像管的重要部件，本文详细介绍了提高６４ｃｍ平面直角（ＦＳ）彩色显像管用平板荫罩分辨率的计算方法和计算结果，在不影响前罩透过率和强度，又不用制作新的荫罩成形模具以及彩管的其它部件的情况下，水平节距从原来的０．７１ ｍｍ降低到 ０．５７ ｍｍ，彩管的分辨率从原来的 ５８７线提高到 ７２７线，而亮度及色纯等整管参数跟现行６４ｃｍ彩管基本相同，可以更好地接受ＶＧＡ信号、ＤＶＤ图像以及电视节目。更多还原

【Abstract】 The shadow mask is an improtant part of the CPT.An improvement method of resolution of flat shadow mask for 64cm flat square (TS) CPT is presented,and a new shadow mask for 64cm FS has been designed.The horizontal pitch of new shadow mask is decreased to 0.57 mm from original 0.71 mm, but its strentgh and transmittancy are not affected.In the condition that new mould for making the shadow mask is not required and new CPT is manufactured on the original assemble-line and with process for ordinary 64cm FS CPF,the resolution of new CPT is increased to 727 lines from original 587 lines The white uniformity and brightness characteristics etc. are equal to those of ordinary CPT.
