【摘要】 目的 :测量国人L3～S1终板凹陷深度 (d)、椎间盘中央厚度 (m)及椎体矢状径 (S) ,找出兼顾机械稳定与生物融合效果的AFC直径和长度。方法 :用 39具成人干燥腰骶椎骨L3～S1标本共 15 6块 ,测量椎体中央高度 (M)、椎体前后缘骺环处高度 (A ,P)及椎体上矢状径 (S) ,并参考郭世绂椎间盘前后骺环处厚度值 (a ,p) ,通过统计学处理及几何运算 ,求得 2d( x±s)、S( x±s)、m。 结果 :L3、L4、L5的 2d分别为 3 95± 0 75mm、4 0 2± 0 82mm、4 0 1±0 5 5mm ;L3、L4、L5、S1的S分别为 2 9 72± 1 71mm、30 18± 2 15mm、30 5 8± 1 94mm、30 6 9± 1 88mm ;L3/ 4、L4/ 5、L5 /S1的m近似值为 12～ 16mm、13～ 16mm、12～ 17mm ,故AFC长度范围为 15～ 2 6mm ,AFC外直径范围分别是 2 1～ 2 5mm、2 2～ 2 5mm、2 1～ 2 6mm。结论 :经前路椎体间正中前后向放置 1枚AFC时 ,其所用AFC外径≈ 1/ 2(a +p) +12～ 16 (mm) ;AFC长度≈S - 6 -S×滑脱百分比更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To measure the depth(d) of terminal lamina,central height of intervertebral and disc(m),sagittal diameter in vertebral(S) in chinese people at L3～S1.Moreover,to calculated the diameter and length of AFC,which might give consideration to the mechanical stability and biological fusion of the spinal.Method:The height of vertebral body at centre(M),one at epiphyseal hoop point of anterior and posterior edge(A,P),S were measured.At same time,we also had refered to the height of disc at epiphyseal hoop point of anterior and posterior edge(a,p)which was determined by GUO Shi fu.The d,m,S were treated with geometry and statistic calculation.Result:At L3,L4,L5,the 2d( ±s )were respectiverly 3 95±0 75,4 72±0 82,4 01±0 55(mm).At L3,L4,L5,S1,the "S" were respectiverly 29 72±1 71,30 18±2 15,30 58±1 94,30 69±1 88(mm).At L3,4,L4,5,L5 S1,the "m" were 12～16,13～16,12～17(mm).The corresponding out diameter of AFC were 21～25,22～25,21～26(mm) and lenghth of AFC were15～26,15～26,15～26(mm).Conclusoin:According to the locating pattern that 1 AFC was located in the centre of interbody space from anterior to psterior,the out diameter and length of AFC are as follows.Out diameter=1/2(a+p)+12～16(mm),Length=S-6-S×percent of spondylolisthesis(mm).更多还原
