【摘要】 目的 :研究茶多酚对老年性痴呆临床前期认知功能的影响。方法 :采用 BSSD、VRT、DS和 RVR一系列量表对 31例观察对象进行治疗前后分析对比。结果 :从多方面显示 ,老年性痴呆临床前期已有注意力、短暂记忆、计算、阅读理解、空间感知、定向和语言运用等能力减退。服茶多酚 3个月后认知功能可获改善 ,且使部分人达正常标准。结论 :通过一系列信度和效度良好的神经心理学检查显示 ,茶多酚对老年性痴呆高危人群认知功能减退具有一定的防治作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of Teapolyphemol on the perception of senile dementia cases.Methods:31 senile dementia cases were studied by using a serial of quantitative tables of measurements (BSSD,VRT,DS and RVR) to compare the pre and post treatment conditions.Results:All the abilities of attention, transient memory, calculation, reading comprehension,space sense, orientation and linguitics were lowered in senile dementia cases. After 3 months of Teapolyphemol treatment, these abilities were greatly improved, some of the cases reached the normal standard. Conclusions:Teapolyphemol was effective in treating senile dementia according to these tests.更多还原
