【摘要】 目的 :探讨益肾康骨丸对类风湿性关节炎 ( RA)患者骨密度的影响。方法 :将 2 17例 RA患者分为益肾康骨丸组 (治疗组 )和布洛芬组 (对照组 ) ,对治疗前后的骨密度值及关节症状、体征进行对比分析。结果 :益肾康骨丸组治疗后骨矿线密度 ( BMC)及骨矿面密度 ( BMC/ BW)值均显著增加 ,与治疗前比较 P<0 .0 1,两组治疗后 BMC、BMC/ BW值比较 P<0 .0 1。两组关节症状、体征治疗前后均有改善 ,但益肾康骨丸组明显优于布洛芬组 ,P<0 .0 1。结论 :益肾康骨丸对 RA骨质疏松有明显疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of Yi Shen Kang Gu pill on the bone density in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) cases.Methods:217 RA case were divided at random into 2 groups:Yi Shen Kang Gu pill group and Ibuprofen group.Observations and detections were made before and after the teatment. Results: The BMC and BMC/BW level in Yi Shen Kang Gu pill group were both raised after the treatment.( P <0.01 then compared with the those before the treatment).Difference was also observed between BMC and BMc/BW level after the treatment( P <0.01).The signs and symptoms of the rheumatoid arthritis were greatly released,which was better in the Yi Shen Kang Gu pill group( P < 0.01). Conclusions:Yi Shen Kang Gu pills was effective in treating RA to avoid osteoporosis.更多还原
