【摘要】 目的 :检测国产磷酸阿奇霉素 (Azithromycin)以及对照乳糖酸红霉素对临床分离致病菌的体外抗菌作用。方法 :测定药物对常见致病菌的最小抑菌浓度 (MIC)、最小杀菌浓度 (MBC)及杀菌曲线等。结果 :磷酸阿奇霉素对革兰氏阳性菌的抗菌作用较强 ,MIC90 在 0 .2 5～ 16mg L范围内 ;在 2 .0mg L时 ,对肺炎球菌表现出较强的杀菌作用。对革兰氏阴性菌也有一定的抗菌作用 ,但明显优于红霉素 ,MIC90 为红霉素的 1 4。结论 :磷酸阿奇霉素对革兰氏阳性菌的抗菌作用与红霉素相似 ,对革兰氏阴性菌的抗菌作用优于红霉素 ;该药与红霉素有交叉耐药性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the antibacterial activity in vitro of domestic Azithromycin phosphate and compare with erythromycin lactobionate. Methods: The minimal inhibitory and minimal bactericidal concentration values of Azithromycin phosphate against clinical isolated strains have been determined by two fold tube dilution method. Results: Azithromycin phophate had good antibacterial activity against Gram positive cocci, MIC90 ranging from 0.25～16mg/L, which showed strong antibacterial activity against Str.pneumoniae with the MIC90s of 2mg/L.It had higher antibacterial activity against Gram negative bacilli than erythromycin lactobionate with a quarter of its MIC90. Conclusion: In vitro Azithromycin phosphate has similar activity against Gram positive cocci, and is superior to erythromycin lactobionate against Gram negative bacilli. Both of the drugs have completely the same resistance.更多还原
