氧化法消除钻井完井液固相损害的室内实验

【摘要】 对于酸敏储层和裸眼完井的井,不能采用酸化和射孔方法清除滤饼和消除固相损害。利用改进的岩心流动仪,对两种现场钻井完井液体系进行了岩心污染与解堵实验,并对比评价了不同类型的氧化型解堵液和酸化液的腐蚀性。实验结果表明,正电胶海水钻井液具有较好的保护储层性能;氧化型解堵液的解堵效果明显优于非氧化型解堵液;氧化型解堵液适合于解除聚合物铵盐海水钻井液固相损害,而且对金属设备的腐蚀性小,可以进行现场作业。

【Abstract】 Aciding and perforatin are not effective for eliminating solids damage in acid-sensitive formation or well with open hole completion. Using a proved core flow instrument, core plugging and plugging releasing tests based on two on-site drill-in fluids are performed, also different corrosion behavior of oxidized plugging releasing fluids and aciding fluids are evaluated. It is shown that MMH seawater fluid exhibits good formation protection property, the plugging releasing efficiency of oxidized fluid is better than those of non-oxidizeds, especially to eliminate solid damage by ammonium seawater polymer drilling fluid. It also shows its advantage of slight corrosion to metal.
