数控展成电解加工对刀误差对加工精度的影响
Effect of Cathode-adjusting Error on Machining Accuracy in NC-ECEM
【摘要】 介绍了用数控展成电解加工法加工整体叶轮叶片型面的对刀误差 ,给出了各项对刀误差所引起的型面加工误差的计算公式 ,并分析了各项对刀误差对加工度的影响
【Abstract】 Cathode_adjusting errors in Numerical Controlled Electrochemical Contour Evolution Machining (NC_ECEM) is introduced, calculation formulae of surface error resulting from every cathode_adjusting error is derived, and the effect of every cathode_adjusting error on machining accuracy is analyzed.
