【摘要】 目的 :为吻合血管同种异体肱骨远段移植提供解剖学依据。方法 :在 5 0侧经动脉灌注红色乳胶的成人上肢标本 ,解剖观测了肱骨下段血管的来源、分支分布、长度及外径。结果 :肱骨下段外侧骨膜血管来自桡侧副动脉 ,分布肱骨下 1/3段外侧半前、后面骨膜 ,动脉外径 1.6mm ,伴行静脉多为 2支。肱骨下段内侧骨膜血管来自尺侧下副动脉 ,分布肱骨下 1/3段内侧半前、后面和内上髁处骨膜 ,动脉起始外径 1.8mm ,伴行静脉 1～ 2支。结论 :以桡侧副血管或尺侧下副血管为蒂的肱骨下段移植 ,可用于肱骨大段缺损的重建。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To provide anatomical basis for allo ge neic transposition distal humerus with vessels. Methods: The origin, branch dist ribution, length and external diameter of vessels of distal humerus were observe d on 50 sides of adult cadaver with red latex in artery. Results: The vessels of lateral periosteum of adult humerus come from radial collateral artery, to dist ribute anterior and posterior periosteum of lateral half of lower 1/3 of distal humerus. The external diameter of the artery is (1.6)mm and with 2 accompanyin g ve ins. The vessels of medial periosteum of distal humerus come from artery inferio r ulnar collateral, to distribute anterior and posterior periosteum of medial ha lf of lower 1/3 of distal humerus, to form periosteal rete arteriosum. The origi nal at external diameter of artery is 1.8mm with vein 1-2 branchs. Conclusion: D istal humerus can be grafted with vessel radial collateral or vessel inferior ul nar collateral for restoration of the great defects of the humerus.更多还原
