【摘要】 目的 :探讨关节镜在诊断膝关节内软骨损伤以及镜下手术治疗方面的作用。方法 :1994年 6月～ 1998年 4月对膝关节外伤积血病例采用关节镜下检查 ,确诊为软骨损伤的病例 41例。依据Johnson Nurse分型 ,Ⅰ型 17例 ,Ⅱ型 2 4例 ,均行镜下手术治疗。通过 1年以上随访行疗效评定。结果 :获随访病例 38例 (占 92 .7% ) ,随访时间 13～ 5 2个月。疗效评定 :优 5 5 % ,良 31% ,可 11% ,差 3%。结论 :关节镜下检查是诊断膝关节内软骨损伤的重要手段 ,对某些部位的损伤 ,镜下手术可以完成切开手术同样的效果 ,且损伤小 ,恢复快 ,临床效果满意更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of the cartilage injury of the knee joint under Arthroscopy. Methods: The cases of the traumatic hemo arthrosis were treated under arthroscopy from June 1994 to April 1998.41 cases of cartilage injury were diagnosed and treated under arthroscopy. According to Johnson Nurse, 17 cases were type Ⅰ and 24 cases were type Ⅱ. Results: 38 cases were followed up for more than 12 months (range from 13 to 52 months). 55% of the cases were excellent, 31% of the cases were good, while 11% were fair. Conclusion: Arthroscopy is very important and useful for the diagnosis of cartilage injury and has the same therapeutic effect as surgery when the joint cavity was opened. It is less invasive and has better recovery, so it is advisable.更多还原
