杂交稻不同抗性组合感染白叶枯病菌后几种酶活性的变化

【摘要】 选用 4个对白叶枯病具不同抗性级别的杂交稻组合 ,即抗病组合威优 6号 (V6 )、中抗组合Ⅱ优 46 (Ⅱ U46 )、感病组合威优 6 4(V6 4)和高感组合汕优 6 3(S6 3)为材料 ,研究了其 3叶期幼苗感染白叶枯病菌后体内苯丙氨酸解氨酶 (PAL)、过氧化物酶 (POX)、多酚氧化酶 (PPO)和超氧物歧化酶 (SOD)活性的变化。结果表明 ,各组合上述酶活性在接种白叶枯病菌后均明显增强 ,在接种 36~ 96h内活性曲线有 2个峰值。各组合稻株的抗病性与酶活性呈一定的正相关 ,抗病组合V6的 4种酶活性变化幅度明显大于感病组合S6 3。可以认为杂交稻的抗白叶枯病特性与体内酚类物质代谢及防御酶系活性密切相关。

【Abstract】 The activity changes of phenylalanine (PAL), peroxidase (POX), Polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were studied after inoculation with Xanthomonas Campestris PV. oryzae in the three leaf seedling stage, using four hybrid rice combinations with different resistance to bacterial leaf blight (BLB) as the materials, i.e., resistant hybrid Weiyou 6 (V6), intermediately resistant hybrid Ⅱ You 46 (Ⅱ U46), susceptible hybrid Weiyou 64 (V64) and highly susceptible hybrid Shanyou 63 (S63). The results showed that the activity of all the enzymes in all hybrids was markedly increased after inoculation with Xanthomonas Campestris PV. oryzae. There were two peaks in enzyme activity during 36~96 h after inoculation. The resistance was positively correlated to enzyme activity in the hybrids. The increase of enzyme activity in the resistant hybrid V6 was much greater than that in the susceptible hybrid S63. It is concluded that the BLB resistance of hybrid rice is closely related to the metabolism of phenol substances and the activity of defensive enzymes.
