【摘要】 就家蚕 / Bm NPV表达系统的原理及生产流程、外源基因在该系统中的表达及表达产物的药物开发作了较为详细的阐述 ,介绍了利用家蚕大量生产有用蛋白的技术开发状况 ,展望了家蚕生物反应器的发展前景

【Abstract】 Summarized the basic principle, production steps , achievements of expression foreign genes and pharmaceuticals development using Silkworm/BmNPV Expression System, and introduced technological development of the mass production of useful protein in silkworm, and revealed the bright prospect.
