【摘要】 对 95头台系杜洛克母猪和 32头肥育猪测定 ,产仔数 ,初产 7.76头 ,经产 9.4 8头 ;产活仔数 ,初产 7.2 1头 ,经产 8.85头 ;肥育猪 30～ 10 0kg阶段 ,平均日增重 754g ,饲料利用率 2 .65;活体测定 ,背膘厚 1.39cm ,瘦肉率 62 .56% ;屠宰测定 ,胴体背膘厚 1.4 1cm ,眼肌面积 4 1.18cm2 ,胴体瘦肉率 67.52 %。导入美系杜洛克猪血液 2 5% ,50 % ,75%的肥育猪性能 :日增重分别为 755,769和 815g ;饲料利用率分别为 2 .95,3.0 8和 2 .59;10 0kg体重时活体背膘厚分别为 1.4 4 ,1.4 4和 1.4 6cm ;估测瘦肉率为 62 .69% ,61.65%和 61.66%。台美系杜洛克母猪与台系和美系进行回交 ,与长白猪或大约克猪进行杂交及横交 ,产仔数分别为 7.88,9.17,9.2 1和 8.69头 ,产活仔数分别为 6.67,8.4 2 ,8 4 6和 8.38头。更多还原

【Abstract】 Experiments were conducted to test the performance of Taiwan Duroc pigs.The results indicated that litter size was 7.76 for gilts and 9.48 for sows,live piglets born was 7.21 for gilts and 8.85 for sows.Average daily gain,feed conversion ratio,live backfat thickness at 100 kg and estimated lean content were 754 g,2.65,1.39 cm and 62.56% respectively for fattening pigs.Slaughtered pigs at 100 kg had an average backfat thickness of 1.44 cm,loin muscle area of 41.18 cm 2 and lean content of 67.52%.The three types of hybrid fattening pigs with 25%,50% and 75% American Duroc blood had average daily gain of 755 g,769 g and 815 g;feed conversion ratio of 2.95,3.08 and 2.59;live backfat thickness of 1.44 cm,1.44 cm and 1.46 cm;estimated lean content of 62.69%,61.65% and 61.66% respectively.Four types of hybrid gilts were tested for reproductive performance.The genetic composition for type one was 75% Taiwan and 25% American Duroc;type two 25% Taiwan and 75% American;type three 25% Taiwan,25% American and 50% Landrace or Yorkshire;type four 50% Taiwan and 50% American.Litter sizes for the four types of gils were 7.88,9.17,9.21 and 8 69;live piglets born 6.67,8.42,8.46 and 8.38,respectively.更多还原
