学校在保护未成年人权益方面的职责

【摘要】 学校是育人的专门性机构,在保护未成年人权益、促进未成年人健康成长方面起着不可替代的作用。学校在保护未成年人权益方面主要有三方面的职责:一是保护未成年人安全和健康;二是保护未成年人接受正常的教育;三是保护未成年人人格尊严不受侵犯。

【Abstract】 The school has its special duties of safeguarding minors’ rights and interests,pro-moting the minor’s growing up soundly.These duties are: 1 .to protect minors" safety and healthy;2.to ensure the minor’s getting normal education;3.protect their dignity against infrignging.
