【摘要】 目的　分析不稳定心绞痛患者与健康成人心电图QT离散度 (QTd)变化及探讨选择 β1受体阻滞剂—美托洛尔对不稳定心绞痛患者QTd的影响。方法　对 86例不稳定心绞痛患者做体表同步 12导联心电图测量QTd并与 86例健康成人进行对照 ;86例不稳定心绞痛患者随机分为美托洛尔组 40例和空白对照组 46例 ,观察 6周后做体表同步 12导联心电图测量QTd ,对两组进行对照分析。结果　不稳定心绞痛组与健康成人组QTd差异有极显著性 (4 7 2 4± 2 1 14msvs33 46± 7 14ms,P<0 0 1) ,美托洛尔组与空白对照组QTd差异有极显著性 (34 2 6± 6 83vs 46 18± 18 0 4,P <0 0 1)。结论　不稳定心绞痛患者QTd显著增加 ;美托洛尔可降低不稳定心绞痛患者QTd更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analyzing the changes of QT dispersal degree (QTd) of cardiogram of unstable anginal patients and healthy adults and exploring the effect on QTd of unstable anginal patients by using β 1 retarder-metoprolol.Method Measuring QTd of 86 unstable anginal patients by using body surface synchronical 12 leads cardiogram and comparing the results with that of 86 healthy adults.The 86 unstable anginal patients are randomly divided into metoprolol group of 40 people and blank check group of 46 people.After 6 weeks’observation,measure QTd of the two groups using body surface synchronical 12 leads cardiogram and compare and analyze results of the two groups.Result The QTd difference between the group of unstable anginal patients and group of healthy adults is remarkable(47 24±21 14 ms vs 33 46±7 14 ms, P <0 01),and QTd difference between the group of metoprolol and blank check group is remarkable (34 26±6 83 vs 46 18±18 04, P <0 01).Conclusion The QTd of unstable anginal patients is increased remarkably and metoprolol can reduce QTd of unstable anginal patients.
