【摘要】 目的 探讨特殊支气管异物的治疗。方法 总结13例特殊呼吸道异物住院病例,均行支气管镜下异物钳取术。结果 13例异物均成功钳取,其中3例在钳取异物通过声门时滑落,经再次插入支气管镜而成功取出。结论 对于特殊异物的治疗,应根据不同的情况设计相应的异物钳,尽早稳妥地取出异物,以防并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The management of special brinchus foreign bodies was discussed. Methods 13 patients with specialbronchus foreign bodies were operated under bronchoscope. Results 13 cases were all successfully operated on.Foreign bodies of 3 cases were slipped off through the slottis during extration at the first try, and succeeded at second try. Conclusions It is necessory to design correspoding grasping forceps according to different situations and extract the foreign bodies safely in time, to prevent the occurrence of complications.更多还原
