丙氨酸肽酶快速检测阴道类杆菌感染

【摘要】 目的　研究快速试验用于厌氧菌中类杆菌的筛查。方法　以DL 丙氨酸 β 萘胺盐酸盐为底物与类杆菌生成的丙氨酸肽酶反应 ,用固兰B呈色反应检测其产物。结果　与厌氧培养法比较 ,检查 45例阴道类杆菌感染者 ,其诊断灵敏度为 93.8% ,特异性 84.6 % ,诊断效率 89.0 %。结论　丙氨酸肽酶法检测类杆菌感染比厌氧菌培养法快速、简便 ,是值得推广的类杆菌快速筛查法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Research a rapid diagnosis test to primarily identify bacteroides infection. Method DL-alanine-β-naphthylamide react with alanine peptidase of Bacteroides, and the color reaction of Fast Blue detect the product. Result Compared with anaerobic culture for 45 of patients bacteroides, the sensitivity of this test was 93.8%, specificity 84.6%, diagnosis efficiency 89.0%. Conclusion Compared with anaerobic culture, alanine peptidase method, is a rapid simple screening method to detect bacteroides infection.更多还原
