网膜淋巴管状斑在鼠胰腺癌转移中的意义
The implication of distal lymphatic structures, milky spots in the omentum on dissemination and metastasis of pancreatic cancer in syrian golden hamster model
【摘要】 目的 利用仓鼠胰腺癌模型研究大网膜淋巴管状斑在胰腺癌播散、转移中的意义。方法 用PGHAM 1细胞系建立胰腺癌侵犯胰腺被膜动物模型共 15只。第 7、14和 2 1天各剖杀 5只 ,肉眼、光学显微镜下观察癌细胞播散、入侵和转移的形态学改变。结果 模型仓鼠网膜上的管状斑于第 7天显示微转移灶 ;壁层腹膜的间皮细胞开始脱落。第 14天显示多个较大的微转移灶 ;壁层腹膜的间皮细胞大片脱落 ,癌细胞粘附到裸露的基底膜上 ;第 2 1天微转移灶增大 ,肉眼观察到腹腔肿大的淋巴结 ;癌细胞于壁层腹膜原位增殖 ,未侵透基底膜。结论 大网膜淋巴管状斑在胰腺癌早期腹腔播散、淋巴结转移和可能的血行转移中有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the role of milky spot s in the omentum on dissemination and metastasis of pancreatic cancer in Syrian golden hamster model. Methods Fifteen cases of pancreat ic cancer model were established by using PGHAM-1. On the 7th, 14th and 21st da ys, the dissemination, invasion and metastasis in 5 hamster models were morpholo gically investigated respectively. Results There we re micrometastases in milky spots and the mesothelial cells in the parietal peri toneum started to exfoliate on the 7th day. On the 14th day,the large micromet astic lesions were found, and PGHAM-1 cells attached to the surface of exposed basement membrane. On the 21st day,the metastatic lesions could be easily found , and PGHAM-1 cells proliferated only on the surface of peritoneum and the baseme nt membrane was not invaded. Conclusion Milky spots in the omentum may play an important role in peritoneal dissemination, lymphatic m etastasis and potential blood metastasis of pancreatic cancer in golden hamster model.
