【摘要】 目的　报告中华 (上海 )骨髓库中HLA血型资料 ,了解中国人群HLA分布特点。方法　用微量淋巴细胞毒试验检测 11995名志愿者的HLA A、B抗原 ,并用序列特异引物聚合酶链反应(PCR SSP)进行DNA水平的质控和对有疑问结果作复查。结果　共检出A座位特异性 2 5种 ,B座位抗原特异性 5 2种 ,有显著意义的连锁不平衡单型有 6 2种 ,其中以A2 B46、A30 B13、A33 B5 8、A11.1 B6 0、A2 4 B6 2、A2 4 B6 0等为最常见 ;检索HLA A、B、DR抗原 (基因 )匹配志愿者的“命中率”约为 1‰。结论　中国人群HLA分布有自身特点 ,而现有骨髓库HLA A、B基因的遗传特征介于南、北方汉族之间 ,但偏向于北方人群更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the characteristic of HLA distribution of Chinese Bone Marrow Bank(Shanghai),this paper analyses the HLA distribution of a population of 11 995 persons which were major part of this Bank. Methods HLA A、B antigen of volunteers were detected by MLT(microlymphocytetotoxicity test) method, and at the same time, some samples were selected as control and their AB locus were typed at the DNA level by PCR SSP method, ambiguous samples were checked by PCR SSO also. Results HLA A、B typing results of 11 995 volunteers were gotten, and their antigen frequency, gene frequency, haplotype frequency and linkage disequilibrium parameter were gotten also.Conclusions the HLA A、B distribution of this population its own characters, according to these characters, we can induce Chines Bone Marrow Bank(Shanghai) were mainly between the south and the north han population,a little closer to the northern. There are gotten more than 60 binds haplotypes which had significant linkage disequili brium sense,among them,the most common were A2 B46,A30 B13,A33 B58,A11.1 B60,A24 B62, A24 B60. And the chance of finding out a matched donor from this Bank is roughly one thousandth.更多还原
