叶绿素a降解产物紫红素-18的光动力效应

【Abstract】 The sensitizing effect of purpurin 18 on photooxidation of NADPH in deuterium oxide and its photodynamic effect on sarcoma 180 in mice in different doses and at different intervals between injection and irradiation were investigated. It was found that the photosensitizing effect of purpurin 18 was much higher than that of the reference drug hematoporphyrin derivative (HpD). The tumor inhibition rate of purpurin 18 at the dose of 4 mg/kg was 95.1%, significantly different from HpD ( P <0.01).
