【摘要】 目的　探讨精神分裂症、情感性精神障碍患者血超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)含量与精神疾病的相关意义。方法　采用放射免疫法测定 130例精神分裂症患者、5 8例情感性精神障碍患者及 5 0名健康人 (对照组 )的血SOD含量 (ng /mg血红蛋白 ) ,并对其中 6 4例精神分裂症患者经 12周治疗后再次测定SOD ;同时用简明精神病评定量表 (BPRS)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表 (HAMD)和Bech Rafaelson躁狂量表 (BRMS)分别对患者进行评定。结果　精神分裂症、躁狂症患者的血SOD含量分别为 10 77±42 0、10 44± 2 92 ,均明显高于对照组 (5 79± 2 37) ,P <0 0 1。抑郁症组SOD含量为 70 1± 2 6 7,与对照组的差异无显著性 ,P >0 0 5 ;精神分裂症病程 <5年患者的SOD含量 (110 5± 45 1)与≥ 5年组SOD含量(10 35± 346 )的差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ;6 4例精神分裂症患者经 12周治疗后的血SOD含量 (6 2 7±2 17)低于治疗前 (10 0 9± 36 4) ,P <0 0 1。结论　血SOD含量的增高也许能够反映精神疾病的存在 ,但不能有效区别是何种精神疾病更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives The aim of this study was to explore the blood superoxide dismutase (SOD) level and its significance in schizophrenia and affective disorder patients Methods The blood SOD levels of 130 schizophrenics, 58 affective disorder patients and 50 normal controls were assayed with radioimmunoassay The SOD level in 64 schizophrenia patients was measured after 12 week treatment The symptoms of schizophrenics, depressive and manic patients were measured by the brief psychiatric rating scale, Hamilton rating scale for depression and Bech Rafaelson manic scale respectively Results The blood SOD in the schizophrenics and the manic patients were (1 077±420) and (1 044±292) ng/mg Hb respectively, both were higher than that in the controls (579±237) ng/mg Hb, ( P <0 01) The SOD in the depressed patients [(701±267) ng/mg Hb] was not different from that in the controls ( P >0 05) The SOD level was not different between the schizophrenia patients with course shorter or longer than 5 years ( P >0 05) The SOD level after 12 week treatment [(627±217) ng/mg Hb] was decreased significantly compared to that before [(1 009±364) ng/mg Hb, P <0 01] in the 64 schizophrenia patients Conclusions The increase in blood SOD level may find in different psychotic disease, but it can not be used to differentiate the diseases更多还原
