磁处理水预防动脉粥样硬化的作用机制探讨
Preventive mechanism of atherosclerosis treated with magnetic field treated water
【摘要】 目的 观察家兔动脉粥样硬化 (AS)模型中血脂变化与主动脉内膜厚度的关系及磁处理水在其中的影响 ,探讨磁处理水预防AS的作用机制。方法 喂高脂饲料复制家兔AS模型并给饮磁处理水共 10 0d ,于实验前即 0d ,33d及 99d测定家兔血浆总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL -c)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL -c)水平。测量主动脉内膜厚度并计算其与主动脉直径的比值 (AIT/AD) ,分析AIT/AD与TC、TG、LDL -c、HDL -c的关系。结果 饮磁处理水明显降低血浆TC、LDL -c及AIT/AD(预防组 :q =6 .16 ,6 .6 3和 6 .39,P <0 .0 1;治疗组 :q =4.83,5 .85和 4.86 ,P <0 .0 0 1)。AIT/AD与TC、LDL -c及TG呈显著正相关 (r =0 .82 2 ,0 .815 ,P <0 .0 0 1;TG :r =0 .45 8,P <0 .0 1)。经多元逐步回归分析显示LDL -c与AIT/AD呈极显著回归关系(B =0 .0 0 6 ,P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 磁处理水能调整血脂、抑制高脂饲料所致的家兔AS形成。提示磁处理水抑制AS的作用很可能是通过降低血浆LDL -c来实现的。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the relationship between the plasma lipids and aortic intimal thickness in the experimental atherosclerosis(AS) rabbits models and study the preventive mechanism of magnetic field on AS patients.Methods The experimental AS rabbit models were reproduced by feeding the high cholesterol diet.Then,they were drunk the magnetic field treated water for 100 days.Before the experiment and after the 33,99 days of experiment,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-c and HDL-c were determined.While the aortic intimal thickness as well as the thickness ratio of the thickness and aortic diameter were calculated.The relationship between the ratio and blood lipids was analysed.Results The magnetic field treated water had significantly decreased the level of TC,LDL-c and ratio of aortic intimal thickess and aortic diameter(P<0.01).The relationship of ratio and TC,LDL-c,TG was positively correlated (r= 0.822, P<0.01;TG;r=0.458,P<0.01).Using multivarate regression analysis,the relationship of LDL-c and ratio was obviously regression relationship.Conclusion The study shows that the magnetic field treated water can inhibit the AS formation in experimental rabbits,the mechanism is through the reduction of plasma LDL-c probably.
