【摘要】 用容积为 12 0L的IC反应器处理猪场废水 ,水力停留时间 0 8~ 2d ,负荷 3~ 7kgCOD·m- 3d- 1。经过近半年的运行 ,结果表明 ,试验期间沼气产率达到 1 5~ 3m3·m- 3d- 1,COD平均去除率80 3% ,BOD5去除 95 8% ,SS去除 78 5%。COD出水随进水COD增加有增加的趋势 ,与容积负荷的增加关系不大。出水NH4 N浓度比进水高 2 82 % ,由于沉淀作用 ,IC对总氮 (TN)、总磷 (TP)都有一定的去除 ,去除率分别为 2 1 7% ,53 8%

【Abstract】 A 120 L Internal Circulation (IC) reactor was used to treat pig wastewater.The operation was conducted with the hydraulic retention time(HRT)0.8~2?d,and COD loading rate 3~7?kg·m -3 d -1 The strart up and performance of reactor were examined as well as biogas production rate and removal rate of pollutants.After half a year’s operation,volumetric biogas production rate of 1.5~3?m 3·m -3 d -1 was obtained ?The results showed the average COD cr removal rate 80.3?%,and that of BOD 5? 95.8?% ,SS 78.5%.Furthermore,it was found that COD in effluent increased with growth of COD in influent,but no much relation was found with COD loading rate.NH 3 N in effluent was higher than that in influent by 2.82?%.?22.3% of TN and 55.3% of TP were removed along with the sedimentation of suspended substance.
