【摘要】 目的:总结我院近年来羟基喜树碱膀胱灌注及卡介苗膀胱灌注预防膀胱癌术后复发的效果。方法:62例患者膀胱灌注羟基喜树碱,43例膀胱灌注卡介苗。结果:羟基喜树碱膀胱灌注组随访6～60个月,复发率为14.5%,无全身不良反应。卡介苗组随访24～48个月,复发率为18.6%,72.3%患者出现膀胱刺激症状。结论:羟基喜树碱及卡介苗均是有效的预防膀胱癌术后复发的药物,羟基喜树碱膀胱灌注操作简单,全身不良反应小,是一种安全有效的膀胱局部化疗药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of the intravesical instillation of HCPT and BCG to prevent the postoperative bladder cancer recurrence.Methods:Sixty-two patients with bladder cancer were instillated intravesically with HCPT and43patients with BCG after opera-tion.Results:For the patients of intravesical instillation of HCPT,the follow up time was6～60months with a recurrence rate of14.5%and less side effects were found,while for the group of instillation of BCG,the follow up time was24～48months with a recurrence rate of18.6%and bladder irritation were found in72.3%of the patients.Conclusion:The results showed that HCPT and BCG are effective in preventing postoperative bladder cancer recurrence.Intravesical instillation of HCPT is easy to use with less side effects.HCPT is a safe and effective drug for intravesical instillation of postoperative bladder cancer.更多还原
