【摘要】 目的：探讨Ⅱ期直肠癌的进一步分期和术后是否辅助化疗问题。方法：采用历史对照的方法对我院自1985～1998年间收治的282 例Ⅱ期直肠癌患者的生存率进行回顾性分析。结果：B1组与B2组间生存率比较有明显差异；B1组中单术组与辅化组间生存率比较无明显差异；B2组中单术组与辅化组间生存率比较有明显差异。结论：建议将原直肠癌分期系统中的Ⅱ期或B期进一步分为ⅡA、、ⅡB期或B1、B2期。ⅡA或B1期患者可不予术后化疗；ⅡB或B2期患者应予术后辅助化疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective： To discuss the further staging of Ⅱ stage rectal cancer and the question related to postoperative complementary chemotherapy． Methods： To analyse retrospectively the survival rate of 282 patients with Ⅱ stage rectal cancer from 1985 to 1998． Results： There was significant difference of survival rates between B1 group and B2 group patients， but no marked difference between that of the single operation group and postoperative complementary chemotherapy group was observed in B1 group patients， while in B2 the difference was obvious． Conclusion： It is suggested that the original staging of Ⅱ stage or B stage rectal cancer can be further divided as ⅡA and ⅡB or B1 and B2． For ⅡA or B1 patients， postoperative chemotherapy is not necessary whereas for ⅡB or B2 patients， postoperative complementary chemotherapy should be given．更多还原
