【摘要】 目的：提高对异位脑膜瘤发病机制的认识。方法：结合文献复习对5例异位脑膜瘤的发病机理、诊断、治疗及预后进行讨论和分析。结果：5例均经手术治疗，2例多发异位脑膜瘤术后附加放疗，随访1～2年未见肿瘤复发。结论：异位脑膜瘤属罕见肿瘤，其发病机理复杂，可能为异位蛛网膜细胞的存在，加之内外环境变化及刺激所致，其预后良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective： To study the pathogenesis of ectopic meningioma (EM)． Methods： The pathogenesis， diagnosis， treatment and prognosis of 5 cases of meningioma were analysed and discussed． Results： All the patients underwent operation and two multiple cases were treated by resection and radiotherapy． No recurrence was found after 1 to 2－year follow up． Conclusion： EM is very rare， it mostly located in head and neck． The pathogenesis is complex and it may be due to ectopic arachnoid cells accompanied with changes and stimulation of various factors． The prognosis of this disease is quite good．更多还原
