【摘要】 目的　探讨晚期消化道肿瘤的合理处理模式。方法　对晚期消化管肿瘤 3 8例进行了回顾性研究 ,其中食管癌 6例 ,胃癌 17例 ,大肠癌 15例。均有病理学诊断。伴有消化道梗阻者 3 5例 ,伴有疼痛者 2 8例 ,伴有出血者 10例 ,肝转移及其它脏器转移 3 8例 ,黄疸 18例 ,入院时所有患者均有不同程度的营养不良。对这些患者采取了姑息治疗手段和临终关怀。结果　通过营养的供给 ,梗阻的处理 ,消炎 ,止痛 ,抗癌治疗及心理关怀活动 ,使病人减轻了症状 ,减少了痛苦 ,改善了生存质量 ,延长了生存期。结论　对晚期肿瘤患者 ,应根据每个病人的体质 ,制定有计划、合理科学的治疗方案。充分发挥我国中西医结合治疗的特色 ,在尽量不损伤免疫功能的前提下 ,使用抗癌药物 ,以达到进一步稳定病情和延长生命的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find a rational protocol for the treatment of patients with advanced digestive cancers.Methods Thirty-eight patients with advanced digestive cancers were studied retrospectively,among whom there were 6 cases of esophageal cancer,17 of stomach cancer and 15 of colorectal cancer with pathological evidence.Thirty-five patients presented obstruction;28 complained of pain;10 confronted bleeding;18 developed jaundice.All patient were with metastasis and in malnutrition.They were given palliative treatment and terminal solicitude.Results The life quality was improved with all the symptoms ameliorated.The survival time was prolonged.Conclusions As for each patient with advanced cancer,a rational therapy protocol should be applied individually.The modern medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine should be considered on the condition of no damage to the immune function.更多还原
