【摘要】 目的　研究沙培林和顺铂联合胸腔内注射对恶性胸水的治疗效果。方法　全组共 75例患者 ,分治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组 (45例 )应用沙培林和顺铂治疗 ,对照组 (30例 )仅用顺铂治疗 ,治疗前后观察胸水的变化。结果　治疗组和对照组对恶性胸水的有效率分别为 95 .6 %和 46 .7%。两组对比有显著性差异 (p <0 .0 1)。结论　沙培林和顺铂联合胸腔内注射治疗各种恶性胸水 ,毒性小 ,疗效肯定更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the curative effect of intrapleural injection of sapylin and cisplatin in malignant pleural effusions.Methods 75 cases patients were divided into two groups:45 patients were treated with sapylin(10～15KE) and cisplatin(60～80mg)via intrapleural injection(treatment group);and 30 patients were treated with cisplatin(60～80mg) intrapleural injection(control group).The changes in volumn of pleural effusion were observed.Results At the end of treatment,the effective rates of treatment group and control group were 95.6% and 46.7% respectively,the difference was significant(P<0.01).No remarkable side effects were seen.Conclusions The results suggest that sapylin in combination with cisplatin may be safe and effective in treating pleural effusions.更多还原
