【摘要】 目的　分析原发性肾上腺皮质腺癌的治疗及预后。方法　回顾 1 96 5年至 1 998年间 2 0例肾上腺皮质腺癌术后±局部放疗或化疗的存活情况。结果　 1 8例行根治性手术 ,2例行姑息性手术 ;术后 6例接受放疗 ,3例接受化疗。随访至 1 998年 1 2月 ,仅 1例存 2 8年。结论　肾上腺皮质腺癌应早期手术。术后辅以米托坦治疗有望改善存活。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysie the treatment and prognosis of primary adrenal cortical adenocarcinoma.Methods 20 patients with adrenal cortical adenocarcinoma who underwent surgery and followed by local radiotherapy or systemic chemotherapy were retrospectively analysed.Results 18 of them received radical sectomy,2 received palliative operation,Up to Dec.1998,only one of 20 patients had been living for 28 years.After operation,6 received radiotherapy,3 received chemotherapy.Conclusions Adrenalcortical adenocarcinoma should be resected in early stage,mitotane based chemotherapy can improve the survival rate.
