【摘要】 目的 :探讨抗癌腹水膏穴位贴敷对小鼠艾氏腹水癌血清可溶性受体 (sIL 2R)水平的影响。方法 :采用艾氏腹水癌瘤株 ,用NIH小鼠建立模型 ,按随机表分为四组 :正常空白对照组 (正常组 ) ,模型对照组 (模型组 ) ,局部贴敷组 (局贴组 ) ,穴位贴敷组 (穴贴组 )四组进行观察研究。用放射免疫法检测小鼠sIL 2R水平。结果 :荷瘤小鼠存在细胞因子失衡 ,表现为sIL 2R水平与正常组相比明显升高 (P <0 0 1) ,抗癌腹水膏外贴可显著下调外周血sIL 2R水平。结论 :艾氏腹水癌小鼠存在细胞因子网络的调节失衡 ,抗癌腹水膏可显著下调外周血sIL 2R水平 ,从而调节细胞因子网络的平衡 ,促进细胞免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To Approach to Effect of acupoint application of Kangai Fushui Plaster on serum soluble IL 2 receptor(sIL 2R)level in mice of Ehrlichascites carcinoma.Methods The mice of Ahrlich ascites carcinoma were randomly divided into 4 groups,normal control group,model control group,local application group and acupoint application group,and the sIL 2R levels were determined with radioimmunoassay.Results The sIL 2R in the tumor bearing mice was higher than that of the normal control group(P<0 01),and external application of Kangai Fushui Plaster could significantly decrease the level of sIL 2R.Conclusion There is dysfunction of cellular factors network in mice of Ahrlich ascites carcinoma,and Kangai Fushui Plaster can reduce sIL 2R level in peripheral blood,so as to regulate cellular factor network and promote cellular immunological function.更多还原
