【摘要】 将 8 8例糖尿病神经原性膀胱患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组 58例 ,予艾条悬灸肾俞、三焦俞、气海、关元、阴谷、水道、委阳穴位 ,并配合中药治疗 ;对照组 30例 ,只予中药治疗。观察两组疗效。结果 :两组患者治疗前后临床症状及残余尿量均有改善 ,总有效率分别为 89 7%和 66 7% ,治疗组明显优于对照组 ,两组疗效比较 ,差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To observe the therapeutic effect of moxibustion combined with Chinese drugs on diabetic neurogenic bladder.[WT5”HZ]Methods Eighty eight cases were randomly divided into two groups,58 cases in the treatment group who were treated with moxibustion over Shenshu(BL 23),Sanjiaoshu(BL 22),Qihai(CV 6),Guanyuan(CV 4),Yingu(KI 10),Shuidao(ST 26),Weiyang(BL 39) combined with Chinese drugs,and 30 cases in the control group who were treated with Chinese drugs.Results[WT5”BZ] The clinical symptoms and residual urine volume were improved after treatment in patients of the two groups.The total effective rate was 89 7% and 66 7% respectively,with significant difference(P<0 01).Conclusion The treatment group has a better therapeutic effect than that of the control group.更多还原
