【摘要】 方法 :将 6 8例功能性消化不良 (FD)患者随机分为针刺组和对照组。针刺组取穴为中脘、足三里、内关、合谷、胃俞、脾俞、太冲、气海、关元、天枢。对照组选用吗丁啉 10mg ,每日 3次 ,连服1个月。结果 :针刺组症状的总有效率为 94 7% ,对照组为 83 3% ,差异有显著性差义 (P <0 0 5)。两组在胃电图、胃动素、口—盲通过时间 3项试验亦为针刺组优于对照组 (P <0 0 5)。结论 :针刺具有促进并协调FD患者胃肠动力的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sixty and eight cases of functional dyspepsia (FD) were randomly divided into acupuncture group and control group.The acupuncture group received acupuncture at Zhongwan(CV12),Zusanli (ST36),Neiguan (PC6),Hegu (L14),Weishu (BL21),Pishu (BL20),Taichong (LR3),Qihai (CV6),Guanyuan (CV4) and Tianshu (ST25) points.The control group were administrated by Motilium 10 mg,3 times each day,for one consecutive month.Results The total effective rate of symptoms was 943% in the acupuncture group and 867% in the control group with significant difference between the two groups (P<005);The acupuncture group in electrogastrogram,molitin and passing time of mouth-cecum was superior to the control group (P<005).Conclusion Acupuncture has actions of promoting and coordinating gastrointestinal motility in the patient of FD.更多还原
