【Abstract】 ：OBJECTIVE To directly determine the contents of tryptophane and tyrosine in 18-amino ac id injection without separation. METHODS The tyrptophane and tyrosine contents were determined with three -wavelength spectrophotometry. RESULTS The average recovery rate of tryptophane was 99.99%,RS D=0.32%,and the average rcovery rate of tyrosine was 100.1%,RSD= 0.62%.CONCLUSIONS This method is simple and repeatable, and can be used as the quality contro l method for the finished products or semi-finished products of this preparatio n.更多还原
