毛细管气相色谱法测定血浆中β-榄香烯的浓度
Examination of β-elemene in human plasma by capillary gas chromatogaphy
【摘要】 目的:建立毛细管气相色谱法测定血浆中β-榄香烯浓度的方法。方法:以PEG-20m弹性石英毛细管柱为分离柱,正己烷为提取剂和定容剂,正十四烷为内标物进行 测定。结果:本方法的线性范围0.50~10.00 μg·ml-1(γ=0.9994),最低检测浓度 0.20 μg·ml-1,相对回收率高于94%,日内及日间RSD≤5.65%(n=5) 。结论:本方法准确,快速,结果满意。
【Abstract】 :OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the analysis of β-elemene in human plasma by capil lary gas chromatogaphy. METHODS The column was PEG-20m elastic quartz capillary column . Hexane was used as extractant agent and tetradacame was used as internal stand ard. RESULTS This method was good linear relationship over the range of 0.50~10.00 μg ·ml-1 (r=0.9994).The minimal detectable concentration of the meth od is 0.20 μg·ml-1.The recovery was higher than 94%.The intraday pr ecision and interday precision are bellow 6%(n=5). CONCLUSIONS This method was accurate and quick. The results were satifactory.
