【摘要】 目的：建立毛细管气相色谱法测定血浆中β-榄香烯浓度的方法。方法：以PEG-20m弹性石英毛细管柱为分离柱，正己烷为提取剂和定容剂，正十四烷为内标物进行 测定。结果：本方法的线性范围0.50～10.00 μg·ml-1(γ=0.9994),最低检测浓度 0.20 μg·ml-1,相对回收率高于94%，日内及日间RSD≤5.65%(n=5) 。结论：本方法准确，快速，结果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 ：OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the analysis of β-elemene in human plasma by capil lary gas chromatogaphy. METHODS The column was PEG-20m elastic quartz capillary column . Hexane was used as extractant agent and tetradacame was used as internal stand ard. RESULTS This method was good linear relationship over the range of 0.50～10.00 μg ·ml-1 (r=0.9994).The minimal detectable concentration of the meth od is 0.20 μg·ml-1.The recovery was higher than 94%.The intraday pr ecision and interday precision are bellow 6%(n=5). CONCLUSIONS This method was accurate and quick. The results were satifactory.更多还原
