【Abstract】 The rabbits are mainly infected with RHDV during weaning to breed period in field. The sensitive and specific Dot -- ELISA was used for determination of the antibody dynamics of the younger rabbits which were born from the mother rabbits in different immune conditions. And the protections of the rabbits with different antibody titers were tested by challenging with virulent RHDV.
