【摘要】 从瑞香狼毒的根茎中分离得到 4个化合物。通过1H NMR ,13C NMR及EI MS ,ESI MS的数据分析 ,分别鉴定为 1 ,5 二苯基 1 戊酮 (Ⅰ )、1 ,5 二苯基 2 烯 1 戊酮 (Ⅱ )、对羟基桂皮酸正二十二酯 (Ⅲ )、咖啡酸正二十酯 (Ⅳ )。其中化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ为新天然产物 ,化合物Ⅲ和Ⅳ为首次从该科植物中得到的桂皮酸衍生物与高级脂肪醇形成的酯更多还原

【Abstract】 Four compounds were isolated from the rhizoma of Stellera chamaejasme L.These compounds were determined as 1,5 diphenyl 1 pentanone (Ⅰ),1,5 diphenyl 2 penten 1 one (Ⅱ), p coumaric acid n eicosanyl ester (Ⅲ) and caffeic acid n dueicosanyl ester (Ⅳ) by 1H NMR, 13 C NMR,EI MS and ESI MS analysis.Compound Ⅰ and Ⅱ were new natural products.Compound Ⅲ and Ⅳ were first isolated from the thymelaeaceae family.更多还原
