【摘要】 考察了在不同极性溶剂中以 1 ,3 二溴 5,5 二甲基海因作溴化剂对溴化 6 甲氧基 2 酰基萘反应的影响。 1 ,3 二溴 5,5 二甲基海因作为溴化剂 ,在二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、二氯乙烷中 ,于一定温度下 ,搅拌反应 ,高选择性溴化 6 甲氧基 2 酰基萘的萘环 ,得到高收率的溴化产物 6 甲氧基 5 溴 2 酰基萘。该化合物是合成非甾体消炎镇痛药萘普生〔(S) (+) 2 (6′ 甲氧基 2′ 萘基 )丙酸〕的关键中间体

【Abstract】 The effect of the solvent on bromination of 6 methoxy 2 acyl naphthalene and 2 methoxyl naphthalene with 1,3 dibromo 5,5 dimethyl hydantoin was studied.6 Methoxy 5 bromo 2 acyl naphthalene and 1 bromo 2 methoxyl naphthalene were obtained by bromination of 6 methoxy 2 acyl naphthalene and 2 methoxyl naphthalene with 1,3 dibromo 5,5 dimethylhydantoin in a high yield,respectively.
