【摘要】 目的 分析上海市某区1995～1999年人群意外伤害情况。方法 应用标化死亡率、潜在寿命损失年(PYLL)、标化潜在寿命损失年(SPYLL)、PYLL标化率等指标进行分析。结果 意外死亡在死因构成中列第4位,但SPYLL排序则跃居第1位。意外死亡的标化平均死亡率37.72/10万,男性为42.95/10万,女性为32.66/10万。各意外伤害类型中,根据其标化死亡率进行排序时,男性前3位分别是机动车辆交通事故、淹溺、自杀,女性则依次是机动车辆交通事故、自杀和淹溺;用PYLL标化率排序,结果同标化死亡率顺序。结论 意外伤害是该区一个严重的公共卫生问题,应予以重视和控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the staus of fatal accidental injury among residents in a suburb district, Shanghai during the period between 1995 and 1999.Methods Standard mortality, potential years of life lost (PYLL), standard potential years of life lost (SPYLL) and standard rate of years of potential life lost were used as indices in this study. Results The accidental death ranked the fourth in the proportionate mortality ratio.It ranked the first in the SPYLL, however.The standard average mortality of accident was 37.72/105, and 42.95/105, 32.66/105 in male and female, respectively.Motor vehicle traffic accidents, drowning and suicide ranked top in male, and motor vehicle traffic accidents, suicide and drowning ranked top in female, when all types of fatal injury were sorted by standard mortality.Being sorted by standard rate of PYLL, results were the same as the above. Conclusions Accidental injuries is one of the most serious problems of public health in this district and need to be paid more attention for control.更多还原
