【摘要】 目的 探讨细胞因子在脑囊虫病发病中的意义。方法 药物治疗脑囊虫病患者30例,同时用双单克隆抗体夹心法检测疗前、疗后该病患者血清中与Th1/Th2相关五种细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-5、IL-6、IL-10的水平变化。结果 疗前IFN-γ较疗后及正常对照组明显降低(P<0.01),而IL-4、IL-5、IL-6、IL-10较疗后及正常对照组则明显升高(P<0.01),且疗后五种细胞因子均趋于正常(P>0.005)。结论 囊尾蚴感染病人细胞免疫功能低下,而体液免疫功能升高。说明囊尾蚴感染可导致宿主免疫功能紊乱。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influences of Th1/Th2 Cytokines in host with Cysticercus Cellulosae.Methods Thirty Patients with neurocysticercosis were treated with praziquantel, Albendazde and Can - Wu Pulvis, meantime, detected the levels and fluctuation of IFN - γ, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-10 by ELISA. Results Before treatment the IFN - γ of patients was significantly lower compared to that of patients with neurocysticercosis after treatment and the control group (P<0.01), IL-4, IL-5, DL-6, IL- 10 of patients were obviously higher compared to that of patients after treatment and the control group ( P < 0.01) .After reasonable and effective anti - cysticercus treament, the levels of five cytokines of patients tend to become normal.Conclusion The patients cellular immunofunction was very weak, whereas the humoral immunocompetence was ralatively strong in patients with neurocysticercosis. These indicated that cysticercus can make host imbalance of immunofunction and the imbalance can be corrected by chemical treatment.更多还原
